History
Malco Products, Inc. was founded in 1953 by Murray Glauberman as a manufacturer of professional automotive and specialty cleaning products. Murray's father, Abe, and brother Lionel joined Malco in 1960, and together the family embarked on a series of expansions that would take the company from a small single-plant operation to a multi-plant manufacturing company.
Today, Malco is a fourth-generation family business led by Murray's grandchildren. Malco is a best-in-class global manufacturer of professional-grade and specialty chemical products for the automotive, marine, recreational vehicle, and consumer products markets. Malco is committed to providing high-quality product performance, customer experiences, and supply chain consistency and reliability. Everything we do serves the purpose of being our customer's best partner.
Malco Products, Inc. operates in the marine and RV markets under the Presta Marine brand of cleaning and detailing products. Malco also serves the automotive aftermarket under the Malco® Automotive brand of professional-grade detailing products and the automotive refinish market under the Presta® Automotive brand. In addition, Malco owns multiple legacy household cleaning brands, including Carpet Fresh®, LinIt®, Grease Relief®, Jubilee®, ZUD®, and X-14®.
Malco services customers in more than 70 countries through a network of local distribution partners and e-commerce sales platforms. Headquartered in Barberton, Ohio, Malco operates three manufacturing facilities and has more than 250 employees committed to producing high-quality, USA-made products.
